Mahutahu?! Education Gateway and Mahutahu?! By Dr. Norlidah

Mahutahu?! Education Gateway is built on trust, responsibility, and respect — for learning, for families, and for the work behind our materials.

This Policies page exists to ensure clarity, fairness, and mutual understanding between Mahutahu?! and our community of parents, students, members, and subscribers.

By accessing or using our website, platforms, materials, or services, you agree to the principles outlined below.

1. Educational Disclaimer

Mahutahu?! provides educational coaching, learning materials, and academic guidance.

We do not:

  • replace formal schooling
  • guarantee specific grades, exam results, or university placements
  • offer medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment

All content is intended for educational and developmental purposes only.

Parents remain fully responsible for:

  • their child’s academic decisions
  • school enrolments
  • examination registrations
  • educational pathways

Mahutahu?! supports learning — it does not substitute parental responsibility or formal institutions.

2. Coaching, Not Tuition

Mahutahu?! is not a tuition centre.

Our approach is based on:

  • coaching students to think independently
  • developing understanding before exam technique
  • building long-term learning capacity

This means:

  • students are guided, not spoon-fed
  • progress depends on participation and effort
  • learning outcomes vary between individuals

This distinction is fundamental to how Mahutahu?! operates.

3. Membership Policy

Mahutahu?! offers different levels of access:

  • Public access
  • Registered user (free account)
  • Mahutahu?! Member (paid programme access)
  • Mahutahu?! Signature Member (premium coaching & counselling)

Key principles:

  • One child = one membership
  • Accounts may not be shared across siblings, families, or third parties
  • Subscription access is granted only for the paid period

Subscriptions/Membership:

  • may be discontinued at any time
  • remain active until the end of the paid billing cycle
  • are non-transferable

Changing subjects, upgrading, or adding subjects follows the rules defined at the time of subscription.

4. RM25 Booster Programme Policy

The RM25 Booster Programme is:

  • a paid support programme, not a free service
  • charged per child, not per family
  • designed to provide continuity, stability, and learning support

The RM25 fee reflects:

  • access to structured materials
  • priority pathways into academic programmes
  • rate protection during capped or special pricing periods

The RM25 Booster Programme provides affordable long-term access to the Mahutahu?! learning ecosystem, helping students strengthen foundational skills, maintain membership benefits, and remain connected to guided educational support while preserving their registration status and prevailing programme rate.

Members are encouraged to maintain an active Mahutahu?! membership status in order to retain their prevailing subscription rates and membership benefits. The RM25 Booster Programme provides an affordable pathway for students to remain actively connected to the Mahutahu?! learning ecosystem during intervals between subject or programme subscriptions.

Maintaining an active RM25 Booster membership helps families:

  • Secure continued access to the Mahutahu?! learning ecosystem at a minimal entry cost.
  • Retain your membership registration status and prevailing programme rate from the date of registration, subject to programme terms and continuity requirements.
  • Maintain access to selected educational resources, updates, and foundational learning support even when not actively subscribed to additional academic subjects or core programmes.
  • Maintain access to materials to build strong foundations in literacy, numeracy, independent learning, and online learning skills.
  • Maintain access to guided diagnostic support designed to help identify strengths, weaknesses, and learning gaps.
  • Maintain access to materials to develop confidence, learning discipline, and long-term independent study habits.
  • Receive continued exposure to the Mahutahu?! educational philosophy and learning framework.
  • Enjoy a low-cost pathway into future Mahutahu?! programmes, courses, and academic support services.
